Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of Cabad's platform and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cabad ("the Service"), operated by Cabad Services Private Limited ("Cabad", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
Cabad provides an AI-assisted concierge that helps teams book travel and commutes, log and categorize expenses automatically, and enforce company travel and spend policies. Features available to you depend on the subscription plan your organization selects.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You must be authorized by your organization to use the Service on its behalf.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
5. Billing & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly per active employee. Seat changes made during a billing cycle are prorated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Bookings & Third-Party Partners
Cabad facilitates bookings through third-party ride, travel, and payment partners. Those bookings are subject to the partner's own terms, pricing, and cancellation policies. Cabad is not the provider of transport or travel services and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these partners.
7. Customer Data
You retain ownership of the data your organization submits to the Service. You grant Cabad a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Cabad and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use Cabad's trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cabad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to Cabad, its users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, subject to any data-export rights described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify account administrators. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Contact
