The details finance and ops teams ask about most, before they book a walkthrough.
Cabad is billed monthly per active employee. When you add or remove seats mid-cycle, charges are prorated based on the days a seat was active, so you only pay for the coverage you actually used.
Employee travel and spend data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is governed by role-based permissions. Each company's data lives in an isolated workspace with no cross-tenant access.
Cabad routes bookings to your preferred ride and travel partners where they operate. Coverage varies by city and partner, and we'll confirm availability for your locations during onboarding.
Cancellations made through the chat are processed against the partner's policy, and any eligible refund is reflected automatically in the expense record, so your books stay accurate without manual adjustment.
Companies with multiple legal entities can keep spend, policy, and reporting separate per entity while managing everything from one account. This is available on the Business plan.
Approval chains can route by amount, department, or employee level, and can be layered into multiple steps. If you have a complex structure, we'll map it with you during setup.
Connecting your calendar and accounting tools typically takes minutes. Most teams are booking and logging expenses the same day, without a lengthy rollout.
The mobile app supports offline expense capture, storing entries locally and syncing them automatically once a connection returns. Bookings that require a live connection are queued and confirmed on reconnect.
Cabad supports multi-currency booking with automatic conversion and logging, so teams travelling across regions see consistent, correctly-converted records.
Reports export as clean, categorized files that match the formats common accounting tools expect, so they drop straight into your existing workflow for accounting or audit.
